The power went out last night in our neighborhood thanks to some blown transformers during a lightning storm, one of the side effects of which was my powered external hard drive suddenly (virtually) disconnecting from my laptop while files from it (including new Utopian strips) were open. Hope it didn’t damage anything…

Oh, also, my 30s ended today. I’m not one of those people who ever thinks “man, I’m old,” but “40” sounds like it.
