Oh, hey, this Saturday, Nov. 5 is the Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival (in Las Vegas, naturally). It’s my favorite comic book event of the year, every year, and not just because I only have to travel 3/4 of a mile to get there. It’s also a lot of work for me, because I’m not just on the planning committee, but also run the website, social media channels, do much of the marketing, and run the official after-party, which means the day of the event, I’m “on” from about 8 a.m. until well after midnight. So, my point is, if you live in Las Vegas or even within a few hours’ drive, you should come down and enjoy the fruit of many people’s labors. It’ll be fun. And it’s all FREEEEEEE.
